The Challenge
FlexPertise set out to adapt an off-the-shelf third-party platform to their needs.
It quickly became clear a better product would come from building it ourselves, from the ground up.
The scope was broad: three user roles, the full case lifecycle, subscriptions, billing, and a CRM, in two languages, on a tight timeline.
The off-the-shelf platform couldn't be shaped to fit how FlexPertise actually works. Forcing the product into a rigid third-party module would have limited it from day one.

The Solution

A subscription system, case platform, and CRM module, developed end to end.

We built the core engine first, tackling the hardest, highest-risk part while momentum was strongest.

Mobile-First PWA
A Progressive Web App giving end-users a fast, installable, app-like experience on their phones.
Bilingual by Design
Full English and Danish support, with role-based access across every screen.

How We Delivered
Planned the build to pivot from third-party adaptation to a from-scratch product, exactly as the project needed.
Delivered layer by layer, from the case core through accounts, billing, CRM, and notifications.
Guided the client through hosting and security vendor selection.
Shipped a fully QA'd, integration-tested release on time and on budget.

Role-Based by Design
End-users, consultants, and administrators each get their own tailored views and permissions, from creating a case to handling it and billing for it.
Built-In Subscriptions & Billing
Stripe-powered plans and hourly invoicing handled inside the platform, so the client runs the commercial side without leaving the product.
